Order & Shipping
Within Sweden: 1-4 business days or 1-2 business days with faster shipping options.
Outside Sweden: 3-10 business days, depending on your location. Exact delivery time will be displayed at checkout.
You can track your order by clicking the tracking link here and entering your order number. You will also receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped. If you need assistance, please contact our customer support.
If you have not received an order confirmation, please check your spam or junk email. If you still cannot find it, you can contact our customer support with your name and any order information, and we will help you resolve the issue.
A pre-order is an order for an item that has not yet been released or is not in stock. The products are shipped to the customer as soon as they become available. Pre-orders allow you to order products before they are available. Whether the product is out of stock or launching soon, pre-orders act as a type of reservation that guarantees you access to the item as soon as it is available.
