Orders are shipped every weekday from our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden. Delivery time is 1-4 business days or 1-2 business days, depending on the shipping option selected. Within Sweden, we always offer free shipping as an option.
Delivery time outside Sweden is 3-10 business days, depending on your location. For a more accurate estimate, please check at checkout. Shipping costs vary depending on destination. Within Sweden, we offer free shipping, while the shipping fee to other European countries is 49.99 SEK.
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. Click here to track your delivery.
ERROR INFORMATION/MISSING PACKAGES
Rovior is not responsible for an incorrect address entered at checkout. Please ensure that your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will take full responsibility for the original order placed for you at no cost.
CUSTOMS
Within the EU, there is no customs fee.
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the goods have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be sent to you and may incur customs fees when they arrive in your country outside the EU.
WILL MY GOODS BE SHIPPED IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be shipped in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.
